As a Florida licensed and insured Residential Contractor, our company's founder, Scott Ross, recognized a growing need in the Jacksonville area for a company that specializes in transforming homes for the aging or handicapped. In 2006, Scott took on a 4-year building project at an independent living and nursing home community. The project requirements included 33 accessible homes as well as a 24,000 square foot community center. As Scott worked individually with each homeowner to custom build their home for "Aging in Place", he knew his true passion was helping others to live more comfortably.
Scott has since earned his rank as a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist who puts his expertise to work every day helping the elderly and handicapped live comfortably and safely without sacrificing the design aesthetics of their accessible home.
