Home Accessibility at the 2011 International Builders’ Show

We recently returned from the 2011 International Builder’s Show and brought back tons of inspiration, info and products to continue to bring the latest and greatest options in home accessibility to Jacksonville.  Kohler unveiled their new revolutionary walk-in bath tub with moveable side panel that opens up and down, allowing bathers to slide inside much like entering a car.

Kitchen cabinetry innovations continue to excite us with their accessible options; taller toe kicks for wheelchairs ease, hardware that allows cabinet interiors to be fully exposed for better access, LED touch-sensitive lighting for cabinet interiors, upper cabinet hardware that allows the contents of the cabinet to swing out and downward for easy reach.  The options in Univeral Design are endless!  2011 is the year for comfort and safety in your Home Sweet Accessible Home and we are excited about sharing these and many other quality innovations with you!
