Check out another one of Home Sweet Accessible Home’s wheelchair accessible shower units recently completed! These showers allow for easy, barrier-free access into the shower by creating an even, flush entry. Our commercial grade water-stopper is installed at the edge of the shower base, keeping water in and allowing for easy entry with a wheelchair to transfer from wheelchair seat to shower seat. All of our bath/shower seats are comfortably padded, sturdy and safely and securely attached to the wall so they can be folded up out of the way when not in use.
One of the biggest advantages of a wheelchair accessible or handicap accessible shower unit from Home Sweet Accessible Home is that it can typically be installed in your home in JUST ONE DAY! Home Sweet Accessible Home can remove your old shower/bath and convert your tub/shower area into a completely accessible shower, allowing for easy, safe and comfortable bathing for all ages and abilities.
What sets Home Sweet Accessible Home accessible shower units apart from others available is the commercial grade quality of the products we use. Our shower units are from Best Bath Systems, Inc, a family owned, family operated, 100% American made company making showers for hospitals, retirement communities and private homes for over 40 years! Our Best Bath accessible showers come with a 30 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty and we’ve been expertly installing these shower units in prominent local retirement communities, assisted living facilities and private homes with rave remodeling reviews here in Jacksonville since 2006! (Check out Home Sweet’s “A rated” listing of reviews on Angie’s list!). Home Sweet Accessible Home can provide you with a recent referral list of very happy customers who will tell you how these shower units have changed their lives, allowing them to have safety, beauty and comfort renewed, giving them back bathing independence!
